Toothpaste, brushes, mouthwash, razors, cartridges and shaving preparations are small, they stack with very little waste, and one pallet of blades can be worth more than a full deck of most other categories. That changes what matters about the shipment.
Small, dense and worth planning around
Three consequences come out of it. Value per cubic metre drives the insurance cover and the way a load is sealed and documented; nobody minds a beverage pallet sitting an extra day somewhere, and everyone minds a blade pallet doing the same. It also means personal care rarely fills a container on its own and is normally the value core of a mixed load, travelling with something bulky from elsewhere in the range. And because the oral side is dense and inexpensive while the shaving side is light and expensive, a load carrying both tends to reach its weight and its volume at roughly the same moment, which is a convenient accident rather than a design.
Aerosols are the one line item that changes the booking rather than the packing list. Pressurised shaving foams and gels, and aerosol deodorants, are treated as dangerous goods for sea freight and have to be declared, stowed and documented as such. Name the variants, because ranges are market-specific
The other thing worth specifying precisely is the variant. Toothpaste ranges differ between countries in flavour, fluoride level and the claims printed on the carton. Razor systems are not interchangeable between handles and cartridges, and the range sold in one region does not map cleanly onto another. A line that reads simply "toothpaste" cannot be quoted, while a variant list with pack sizes can be, usually within a business day. Send that list, the destination, whether aerosols are included and whether personal care is shipping alone or as the value core of a mixed pallet, and the quote comes back against it.
